As a simple rule of thumb, we have developed a straightforward guide, to help you widen your balsamic repertoire and select the perfect partner for your favourite foods. It is based on the amount of grape must (the cooked flesh and skins of the grapes) that is present in each type of De Nigris Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. We call this the ‘density’.
