Fresh Black Summer Truffles

These truffles are produced by a family run firm (Bosco D'Oro) in a town close to the Sibillini Mountains, where the climate and soil are ideal for truffle growth. The truffles are sniffed for by dogs and are found at the feet of small oaks watered by an ancient roman channel. All these elements contribute to high quality truffles
