These truffles are produced by a family run firm in a town close to the Sibillini Mountains, where the climate and soil are ideal for truffle growth. The truffles are sniffed for by dogs and are found at the feet of small oaks watered by an ancient roman channel. All these elements contribute to high quality truffles. They are excellent , and will enhance any pasta or mushroom dish, giving it extra depth of flavour. . The truffles are in olive oil and are delicious just by themselves on warm bread. These fragrant slices of truffles can also be added to pasta. -

Balsamic Heaven
If you like using Balsamic Vinegar on strawberries or Ice cream then this is the only one to use. It might be a little expensive - but not as much as many balsamic vinegars out there - but for special treats e.g. summer strawberry season, there is nothing better. It is thick, like syrup - not like water as some balsamics are -and it is smooth on the tongue and just shouts quality. I also use it on Vanilla ice cream and Strawberry ice cream and it works wonders! Who knew! The Italians have kept this a secret for too long. I would never use it in salads; if you like putting grapes and strawberries into salads as they do in California then better to use De Nigris 1889 that you can buy from supermarkets which is still high density and is moving towards the sweet side but has a slight touch of acidity without catching the back of your throat. This makes a lovely gift for someone who is a bit of a 'foody'. The packaging is beautiful and I am about to buy another one to give as a Christmas present.
Lovely balsamic vinegar.
Have had a chance to use this product now all I can say is wow, beautiful subtle flavour, would enhance any dish, would definitely buy again, better than I can get in my local supermarket.
Value and taste
After trying the 30g jar I moved upto the bigger jar.. better value for money and none the less tasty for it.. yummy.. will order more when needed. Give em a go you won't be disappointed..
