Actual truffle sizes are up to 20 grams in size and are collected together to weigh 1Kg in total

STORAGE
The truffles will arrive vacuum packed, cold, carefully cleaned and brushed one by one to ensure a healthy and fragrant product. Do not wash the truffles as moisture adds to the decay process.
Once received, truffles must be kept in the fridge.
They are able to be kept in the fridge for a week from day of delivery to your door
Truffles can be kept frozen in the freezer for 6 months
