As these truffles come directly fresh from Italy we advise that from the day of order the truffles will take a couple of days to arrive to your destination. Tracking through-out the process is communicated daily this includes the day the truffles leave Italy .
Actual truffle sizes are 15 grams + in size and are collected together to weigh 1Kg in total

STORAGE
The truffles will arrive vacuum packed, cold, carefully cleaned and brushed one by one to ensure a healthy and fragrant product. Do not wash the truffles as moisture adds to the decay process.
Once received, truffles must be kept in the fridge.
They are able to be kept in the fridge for a week from day of delivery to your door
Truffles can be kept frozen in the freezer for 6 months
