Italian Fresh Spring White Truffles (Up to 5g - 9g in size)

• The Fresh Spring White Truffle (Tuber Albidum Pico Tuber Borchii Vitt.) season starts from Mid January through to early April. The truffles arrive from Ascoli in Italy, from a small family run firm that has various truffle produce.

  Please calculate maximum one WEEK from a  dispatch date from Italy as to when you receive your order
  

• Actual truffle sizes are up to 5g - 9g in size and are collected together to weigh 1 Kilogram or 500g in total

• Current prices are valid from 17th March  - 21st March 2025  Prices change weekly according to the market conditions

• Tracking information communicated daily

STORAGE

• The truffles will arrive vacuum packed, cold,  carefully cleaned and brushed one by one to ensure a healthy and fragrant product.   Do not wash the truffles as moisture adds to the decay process.

• Once received,  truffles must be kept in the fridge .

• They are able to be kept in the fridge for a week from day of delivery to your door

• Truffles can be kept frozen in the freezer for 6 months
