the noblest of the varieties that make up Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
The bold structure of its musts and the intense, pungent aromas give this
product a full-bodied and unmistakable identity. On the palate it is well-
structured, revealing elegant notes of wood and dried fruit upon tasting. It
is recommended to be used raw to enhance roasts, premium cured meats,
and meat or fish carpaccio. Extraordinary when paired with very aged
cheeses and, for the most refined palates, on caviar pearls.
