• Truffles are WHOLE and REGULAR in shape - Tuber Melanosporum Vitt.

  Orders are collected and shipped out from Ascoli Italy

• Please calculate at maximum 4 days from dispatch date from Italy as to when you receive your order - This is a maximum it is usually quicker

• Actual truffle sizes are up to  20 grams - 300g  in size and are collected together to weigh 1Kg or 500g in total

• Current prices are valid from 16th January - 23rd January 2026. Prices change weekly due to the market conditions.

STORAGE

• The truffles will arrive vacuum packed, cold,  carefully cleaned and brushed one by one to ensure a healthy and fragrant product.  Do not wash the truffles as moisture adds to the decay process.

• Once received, truffles must be kept in the fridge.

• They are able to be kept in the fridge for a week from day of delivery to your door

• Truffles can be kept frozen in the freezer for 6 months
