The truffles will arrive fresh from Italy. Please calculate 7 - 10 days maximum from order date to your door.
Actual truffle sizes are up to 20g - 300g in size and are collected together to weigh 1000g - 500g - 250 grams

STORAGE
The truffles will arrive , cold, carefully cleaned and brushed one by one to ensure a healthy and fragrant product. Do not wash the truffles as moisture adds to the decay process.
Once received, truffles must be kept in the fridge in a sealed container preferably glass, with kitchen tissue wrapped loosely around the to soak up any moisture.
They are able to be kept in the fridge for a week from day of delivery to your door
Truffles are 80-90% water and will "sweat" in the container. If the paper towel becomes damp, it must be replaced with a fresh, dry one to avoid mildew.
