‘Selezione Oro’ extra virgin olive oil is made from 100% Italian olives. It has an intense aroma, reminiscent of olives harvested from the tree at the right degree of ripeness. With a delicate flavour, it is characterised by a balance between bitterness and pungency, of medium intensity. 

We recommend using it raw, drizzled over a slice of lightly toasted bread.
