These truffles are produced by a family run firm in a town close to the Sibillini Mountains, where the climate and soil are ideal for truffle growth. They are excellent , and will enhance any pasta or mushroom dish, giving it extra depth of flavour. The truffles are in olive oil and are delicious just by themselves on warm bread. These fragrant slices of truffles can also be added to pasta. Excellent for crostini.
